Knowing yourself is the key to literally everything else in your life – what you truly want, what holds you back, what career to choose, what your days should look like, what partner is right for you, etc.
Whether you feel lost in life and are suffering emotionally as a result or are looking for a more fulfilling work path – looking into who you are is at the core and is step ONE.
This course is a combination of written exercises, personal interviews, discussions, creative tasks & games, and mindfulness practices. All comes together to lead you to the deep truths your emotional self holds and the insights your intellectual self knows but which are latent within you.
Self-Discovery
- Understand who you are at your core so you can know what is truly important to you and what you need.
- Understand your most fundamental values so you can build a life around them.
- Recognise what gives you joy.
- Identify what you give others naturally, simply through being who you are.
- Gain a clear understanding of what you hope for in life, at work, in your relationships and in terms of legacy/ impact.
- Gain a clear vision of what you want your life to look like.
- Gain an understanding as to what you care about deeply and what your interests are.
- Understand what makes you feel alive.
- Identify what holds you back and blocks you from living a life of joy – emotional blocks, dysfunctional beliefs, etc.
This is right for you if you:
- You feel lost.

- You experience psychological disturbances for no clear reason – depression, anxiety, outbursts of anger, sadness, other unusual behaviour that surprises you.
