We suffer and struggle through life for two main reasons.
One, we have not processed emotional pain from the past. This tends to result in blame, shame, guilt, fears, lack of self-worth and self-love and defensive mechanisms which hinder our ability to maintain healthy relationships with others.
Two, we have wrong beliefs about life, the world and/ or ourselves. We have ideas about how things and people should be or should not be and how life should go. As a result we try to push, pull and try to mold life so it fits our expectations. We commit ourselves to a battle with life that is lost before it ever begins.
Either one of the above causes, when unaddressed can result in meaninglessness, sense of being lost in life, depressive states, anxiety, etc. Both stand in the way of building a meaningful life, aligned with who you are at your core and filled with joy.
About the Course
This course is designed to address both.
In part one, we look into the difficult experiences that have shaped your emotional world. We will help you identify what you need to process and free yourself of – emotionally and in terms of beliefs.
In part two, we look into some ancient teachings, personal stories and philosophies that point to some objective truths about life and its ways. This will help you expand your perspective, take a step back and look at life as an observer rather than someone who is consumed by the contents of what is happening and the stories you tell yourself. It is also therapeutic.
Ultimately, the second part of the course help you grasp life’s fundamental laws so you are able to align yourself and your efforts with them rather than flow upstream – so to speak – and feel as if you’re in a constant struggle. This is game changing.
